LSD CARD REFUND POLICY
We want you to be stoked with your cards!
We try our best to make sure you’re happy with your LSD Card purchase. But if something’s not right, here’s what you can do:
Returns
- Contact us first: If you want to return something, email us within [Four] days of getting your order.
- Keep it fresh: Cards must be in the same condition you received them – unopened packs, undamaged cards, etc.
- Send it back: We’ll give you instructions on how to return your items.
Refunds
- Once we get it back: When we receive your return, we’ll check it out and give you a refund to your original payment method.
- Timing: Refunds usually take a few days to process.
When we can't give a refund
- Opened packs: We can’t refund opened booster packs or single cards (unless they were damaged before you got them).
- Used items: If a card or item has been used or played, we can’t refund it.
- Special stuff: Some items, like graded cards or special collections, might not be refundable. We’ll let you know when you buy them.
Damaged stuff
- Tell us right away: If your cards arrived damaged, email us with pictures, and we’ll make it right.
Other important stuff
- Shipping costs: You’re usually responsible for return shipping costs unless we messed up your order.
